eclipse 3.7 search 报resource is out of sync with the file system 解决方法

使用search 功能时， search 介绍后弹出一个错误提示框。

报resource is out of sync with the file system 的错误， 很是讨厌。

原因是： 在eclipse之外对工程中的resource进行修改引起的

解决方法：

方法一：(单次解决)

1. 在eclipse中，工程目录右键，选择F5（refresh）

方法二： 设置eclipse自动刷新 (永久解决)

通过Window->Preferences --> General --> Workspace，勾选Refresh using native hooks or polling
